Anderson ZurMuehlen seeks a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Administrative Professional for our office in Helena, MT. Administrative Professional duties include

  • Answer phones, coordinate scheduling of appointments
  • Greet clients and assist with questions
  • Prepare outgoing mail, client and office errands
  • Assists with scanning and filing
  • Assist with mailings and other marketing efforts
  • Maintain office equipment
  • Draft, review and proofread correspondence
  • Assemble and review tax returns
  • Oversee client and project management and reporting
  • Oversee client records retention policy
  • Draft and review and approve billing
  • Prepare financial reports

Our ideal candidate possesses

  • Two years post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration and customer service
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus willingness to learn new software
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-accountable and motivated
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal and teambuilding skills
  • Proficient in administrative practices and procedures
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail and use of initiative and independent judgment


Compensation
$14.00-$16.00 per hour, depending on qualifications
